I built Insights by Ash to help small businesses show up with intention, clarity, and content that actually works.
Here’s how we got here.
Before I ever touched social media management or website development, I studied how people think, choose, and buy.
My background is in market research — which means I’ve always been more interested in why something works than just making it look good.
At the same time, I was watching small business owners try to figure out marketing on their own — posting consistently, following trends, doing everything they were told to do…
…and still not seeing results.
So I started helping.
What began as offering a wide range of services turned into something much more focused over time.
Because I realized:
It’s not about doing everything.
It’s about doing the right things — well.
Now, Insights by Ash is built around what actually moves the needle:
